2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
Milliarium Cellars' Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is fashioned from fruit grown at elevation on Howell Mountain and from a vineyard near the valley floor.
In the 2007 season, these sites combined to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon with a beautiful garnet hue and opulent flavors of ripe black cherries and black plums, having a balanced acidity and firm tannins leading into a long, pleasurable finish.
This wine is a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. This Napa Valley Cab was aged in French Oak for 18 months adding notes of smooth toasted oak and enticing allspice.
